Need a way to de-stress and relax before or after a busy day? Come to yoga! This full-body workout teaches the skills to perform a series of movements known as "Sun Salutation" used in most yoga classes. Yoga focuses on conscious breathing to enhance flexibility, strength, mental focus, and relaxation.
