Talking to Terrorists is composed from real interviews with ex-terrorists, government officials and victims of terrorism from all over the world. The play tries to make audiences aware of the complex reasons individuals are involved in acts of terror and the many different layers of their inner lives. “Meeting” the characters of Talking to Terrorists compels the audience to ask many hard questions about the nature of violence and the necessity of resolving terrorism not with violence or conflict, but with negotiations and peaceful discussions.
